 Adjunct Professor of Computer Science 
 Position Summary 
 The Adjunct Faculty member in BSc Computer Science will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and academic support to undergraduate students enrolled in Computer Science programmes.
The successful candidate will provide instruction across a range of core and elective computer science courses, contribute to curriculum development, and ensure effective student learning through innovative teaching practices and continuous engagement.
 Key Responsibilities 
  - Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in areas such as programming, software development, databases, computer networks, data structures, algorithms, and related computing subjects.
  - Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments in alignment with programme learning outcomes and institutional standards.
  - Evaluate and assess student performance through coursework, projects, examinations, and class participation.
  - Provide academic support and guidance to students, including feedback on assignments and projects.
  - Participate in moderation, grading, and quality assurance processes to ensure academic integrity and fairness in assessment.
  - Contribute to the review and enhancement of the undergraduate Computer Science curriculum, ensuring alignment with current industry trends and technologies.
  - Maintain subject expertise by staying updated on emerging technologies and pedagogical practices in computer science education.
  - Support student learning through the Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital platforms.
  - Attend faculty meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required by the School.
  - Adhere to institutional policies, including academic conduct, student engagement, and data confidentiality.
   
 Qualifications and Experience 
  - Minimum Qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  - Preferred Qualification: PhD in Computer Science or related discipline.
  - Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in higher education (undergraduate level preferred).
  - Industry experience in software engineering, data science, or related computing fields is an advantage.
  - Demonstrated experience in online and blended learning delivery.
   
 Technical Skills:  Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++), database management, software engineering tools, and emerging technologies such as AI or cloud computing.
