Our client, a leading player in the building materials industry, is looking for an Aesthetic Concrete Specialist to join their growing team in Dubai.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact architectural and infrastructure projects across the GCC.
Drive sales of aesthetic concrete solutions through project specifications and direct client engagement.
Conduct field-based technical solution development, value engineering, and cost analysis.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors during concept, design, and execution phases.
Promote Tera Slab, RTVA, and other innovative products through on-site support and training.
Lead workshops, exhibitions, and client events to enhance product visibility and market share.
Maintain CRM systems, manage customer records, and support project delivery with internal teams.
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Strong on-site/field sales and technical experience.
Proven track record in hard landscaping and aesthetic concrete applications.
Familiar with Tera Slab and RTVA product usage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the GCC region.
Existing network of contacts and leads in the industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
UAE Driving License required.
