Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:
• Automation Development: Design and develop automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
  
  
• Test Execution: Execute and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
  
  
• Test Planning: Collaborate with development and QA teams to plan and execute test cases based on project requirements and user stories.
  
  
• Bug Reporting: Identify, log, and track defects found during automation testing, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  
  
• Test Optimization: Continuously improve the existing test automation framework and processes to increase efficiency and test coverage.
  
  
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.
  
  
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, scripts, and test results.
  
  
• Required Qualifications:
• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in test automation and software quality assurance.
  
  
• Automation Tools: Strong hands‑on experience with test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or similar.
  
  
• CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or TeamCity for test integration.
  
  
• Testing Frameworks: Experience with any testing frameworks like JUnit, Cucumber, POM, TestNG, or NUnit.
  
  
• Version Control: Proficient in version control systems like Git.
  
  
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  
  
• Strong Arabic Localization testing experience
• Good to have e‑commerce experience however not mandatory
• Should be able to provide Java/selenium programs for the assigned problem statements making use of various control structures
• Nice to Have skills:
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct performance testing and analyse results to identify performance bottlenecks.
  
  
• Knowledge of API testing with tools like Postman or RestAssured
• Familiarity with cloud services or containerisation technologies like Docker.
  
  
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
