Experience And Qualification
- University Degree in IT or equivalent
- Experience in working with Banking industry
- Total experience of 15+ years
- 5-6 years of experience of working as an enterprise architect
- Experience in managing a team size of 1-3 people
Skills
- Experience in architecture change management
- Certifications in TOGAF and Cloud SA (AWS, Azure) are preferred
- Knowledge in enterprise architecture tools, and best practices to drive transformation
- Should have good knowledge in Microservices, SOA and Enterprise Security Architecture
- Should have experience in technical architecture assessment and technology program management
- Should have effective communication skills
- Strong through and people leadership skills with a service delivery and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong decision-making skills with an overall view of ADIS's business requirements
- Modelling and analytical skills
- Problem-solving, consensus building, solution realization across various stakeholders
