Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2D/3D artists, illustrators, animators, or designers.
Translate project requirements and creative briefs into actionable tasks for the team.

Provide regular feedback and art direction to team members to help them grow and meet quality standards.

Requirements Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in an artist role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of artistic ability in your area of specialization (e.g., concept art, character design, 3D modeling).
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya, ZBrush, etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to give constructive feedback and maintain a collaborative team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
