**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented and motivated **BIM Engineer( Emirati)** to join our dynamic team.

**Role Overview:** As a BIM Engineer at Parsons, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) .

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, Planners, and other stakeholders to create detailed 3D models that enhance project efficiency, accuracy, and coordination.

This role involves working on various types of projects including infrastructure and road design while leveraging modern work design techniques such as digital twins, digital design, and AI.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Develop and manage 3D BIM models for various construction projects including buildings, infrastructure, and road design.
+ Collaborate with project teams to integrate architectural, structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), infrastructure elements such as roads and utilities into cohesive models.
+ Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment.
+ Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
+ Implement modern work design techniques including digital twins for real-time monitoring of project progress.
+ Utilize AI tools to enhance model accuracy and predict potential issues before they arise.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols for BIM processes.
+ Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software workflows as well as emerging technologies like AI in construction.
+ Participate in project meetings to discuss progress challenges solutions related implementation advanced modeling techniques.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Engineering disciplines such as Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering; Computer Science; IT; Construction Management or related field.
+ Proven experience as a BIM Engineer or similar role in the construction industry is preferred but not Necessary.

**Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!**
+ Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit Navisworks AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar tools.
+ Strong understanding of building systems including architectural design principles as well infrastructure elements like roads utilities etc..
+ Familiarity with modern work design techniques including digital twins digital designs AI applications within context construction projects highly desirable!
+ Excellent problem-solving skills attention detail effective communication collaboration multidisciplinary teams essential!

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Experience in Dynamo scripting other automation tools, Common Data environment, willing ness to learn and grow in automation, AI, Scripting , Knowledge industry standards ISO 19650 similar guidelines, information management using building information modeling
