Job Title:
The Calypso Application Support Specialist role involves delivering high-quality technical support to the Treasury business unit across front office, market and risk, finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive production support for Calypso in Treasury IT, ensuring seamless operation of systems and processes.
- Collaborate with the Treasury platform team to resolve and clarify issues reported by business units.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Calypso production support, with a strong focus on problem-solving and issue resolution.
- In-depth understanding of Calypso architecture and deployed services, including trade workflows, pricing and workstation reports.
- Expertise in Calypso back office operations for trade/transfer and messages, as well as Oracle database and UNIX systems.
- Strong knowledge of derivatives and cash products, with experience in Calypso ERS/FOWS.
