Additional information can be found at: www.chubb.com Description : Do you have proven Casualty Underwriting experience gained from within a Multinational Insurance business in the Middle East?If you are interested in joining one of the largest insurers in the world with excellent employee benefits, then we would love to hear from you!The main purpose of this role is to support the Development of the Casualty portfolio for MENA Region across the Middle East, through Regional brokers, Cedants and your business network.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Underwrite and produce new business and renewals according to defined underwriting guidelines, specified budget and business plans.Assist the Casualty team in development of portfolio in Casualty, Environmental and Life Science products, build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, cedants, and actively collaborate with other CHUBB offices in the region.Ensure growth of portfolio is in line with the Global and Regional underwriting appetite and Compliance requirements, monitor and service existing policies in timely and accurate mannerMaintain files and records in line with requirements and ensure satisfactory peer reviews and Audits.Interact with internal teams with regard to bookings, credit control, compliance and other operational issuesWork within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards and adhere to agreed service levels both internally and externally and produce management reports within given deadlines. Qualifications : REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 3 years experience in Casualty underwriting with a Multinational Company in the Middle East RegionStrong technical skills in Casualty Underwriting. Fluent in EnglishPreferrably fluent in Arabic also Underwriting in Environmental, Life Science or Entertainment is a plusOutgoing person with business development and relationship management skillsOutgoing person with business development skillsAmbitious, Eager to learn, Efficient, Organized and Result OrientedGood knowledge in using Office PackageAbility to travel and to work from home as and when required Professional Insurance Qualifications or studying towardsINTEGRITY.
