As a Cloud Solution Architect Azure Infra in Customer Success Unit in the UAE, you will work with enterprise customers to design and help them implement their infrastructure on Azure.

This opportunity will allow you to further develop your experience on Azure, influence Azure roadmap and impact the cloud journey of some of the most influential organizations in the UAE.

Your work will blend time at Microsoft offices, on-site with customers, and remote collaboration from home—giving you the flexibility to make an impact wherever it's needed most.

In the Customer Success team, we are looking for people with a passion for delivering customer success.

As a Cloud Solution Architect Azure Infra, you will enable customers achieve their outcomes, based on their investments in Microsoft technology.

Leveraging your leading technical expertise, you will ensure customers get value from their MS investments.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• OR equivalent experience.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• 4+ years' experience in a customer-facing technical role, driving architecture design, solution implementation, or cloud adoption.
  
  
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying Azure landing zones aligned with enterprise-scale architecture best practices.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., VNETs, VPN, ExpressRoute, load balancing, firewalls, DNS).
  
  
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash or PowerShell.
  
  
• Experience with Python for automation, integration, or infrastructure as code scenarios.
  
  
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and/or Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized workloads and modern application hosting.
  
  
• Technical certification(s) in Cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP) and/or relevant security certifications.
  
  

Responsibilities

• You will develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates as well as be the Voice of the Customer and share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering teams to remove blockers.
  
  
• You will provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
  
  
• You will deliver excellence as you own your committed pipeline and ensure delivery in alignment with customer expectations
• You will develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure services required to operate AI solutions at scale, inclusive of value proposition and how they get value from their investment in the Microsoft technology.
  
  
• You will run Architectural Design Sessions to build plan for implementing solution –governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment as you use CAF Landing Zones to rapidly enable migrations, help build customer resiliency in priority areas including Networking, Zonal/multi-region and Security and prepare our customers for AI Innovation.
  
  
• You will identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging Azure Infrastructure technical subject matter expertise and lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their Microsoft investments and deliver all work according to MS best practices and policies.
  
  
• You will demonstrate a Self-Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals as you accelerate customer outcomes and engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.
