Collector (Building Materials Manufacturer Sharjah)
Our client, a leading building material manufacturer in Dubai, is currently looking for a Collector to join their dynamic team.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth financial operations by managing customer collections and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Work Arrangement: As per company guidelines
Collect and deliver invoices to customers, obtain acknowledgment, and return to the sales administration team.
Collect payments (cheques, LC documents) after proper reconciliation of accounts.
Deliver other essential documents such as technical submissions, mix designs, and pre-qualification documents as required.
Assist in obtaining necessary permits or permissions from authorities.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and support internal audits.
Ensure proper daily reconciliation and provide reports as required.
Implement systematic follow-ups with customers on outstanding payments.
Maintain professional and cordial relationships with all clients.
Collaborate closely with the sales and finance teams to support smooth processes.
Uphold all company policies related to internal control, compliance, and business conduct.
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
25 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
Language proficiency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
