**OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:**

+ Ensure strict adherence to food safety and handling policies.
+ Implement product rotation, FIFO, and Cold Chain compliance.
+ Maintain detailed kitchen logs for food safety program compliance.
+ Monitor and verify the correctness of appliance and food temperatures using appropriate tools.
+ Report any issues with freezer systems promptly to facility management.
+ Safely and appropriately use kitchen tools and equipment.
+ Engage safety devices before operating any kitchen equipment.
+ Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
+ Monitor food quality throughout preparation using HACCP forms and production charts.
+ Ensure personal hygiene is maintained to the highest standards.
+ Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to guarantee the safety of food served to guests.
