Job Title: Data Entry Operator / Junior Assistant cum Light AccountantLocation: Sharjah,

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 1–3 Years

Industry: Office Administration / Accounting / Trading / Electrical Products

Company Timings: 6 days a week, Sunday off, 06:00am to 15:00pm

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator / Junior Assistant cum Light Accountant to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day data entry, assist with office administration, and support accounting activities such as invoice preparation, petty cash handling, and inventory updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases accurately.

  • Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.

  • Assist the accountant with bank reconciliations and ledger entries.

  • Prepare and organize business documents, quotations, and purchase orders.

  • Track and update stock/inventory data as needed.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for documentation and follow-ups.

  • Support the administrative team in filing, printing, and general office duties.

  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling company information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in data entry, accounting, or office support.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software (Tally ERP).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Type speed of 40wpm
  • Ability to live around Sharjah Industrial Area, 4

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of VAT entries and invoice management.

  • Familiarity with filing systems and office coordination.

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
