As a Customer Service Executive you will haveto help customers to set-up navigation of the portal. Talk withcustomers via phone or in person and receive orders forinstallation, turn on, discontinuance, or change inservice. Filling contract forms,determines charges for service requested, collects deposits,prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuanceorders. Solicits sale of new or additionalservices. Informs customer of unit prices,shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional informationneeded by customer. Enters data into computer,to determine total cost and availability for customer.Records or files copy of orders received according toexpected delivery date. Checks inventorycontrol and notifies stock control departments of orders that woulddeplete stock. Routes orders to departmentsfor filling and follows up on orders to ensure delivery byspecified dates. Compute’s price,discount, and shipping charges.
