Customer ServiceAssociate Responsibilities: Attending training sessions to growknowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.Processing and logging incoming calls into the CRM system.Identifying customer needs. Forwarding and escalating inquiries torelevant individuals and departments. Contacting customers to givethem accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.Providing outstanding customer service. Updating customerinformation as required. Maintaining confidentiality ofinformation. Performing other duties as the need arises. CustomerService Associate Requirements: High school diploma, GED, orsuitable equivalent. 1+ years of customer service experience,preferably in a related field. Successful completion of providedtraining. Proficient computer skills. Experience with CRMpreferred. Proficient with MS Office suites. Excellent phoneetiquette. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal andwritten. Strong people skills. Ability to sit at a desk forextended periods.
