Data Science Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Lead to oversee AI-driven projects, developing and deploying advanced machine learning models.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.
  
  
• Researching and implementing cutting-edge AI techniques, including deep learning and NLP.
  
  
• Mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices in AI development.
  
  

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  
  
• Experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, or NLP, especially in academic or financial sectors.
  
  
• A proven research record with publications and significant project contributions involving AI technologies.
  
  

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in machine learning, deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, GANs), and transformer models for NLP.

Additionally, experience with algorithms like RAG, LoRA, and ensemble methods; optimizing for performance and scalability is highly valued.

Strong knowledge of data architecture, data pipelines, and cloud deployment is also essential.

Proficiency in NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers is required.
