About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Interior Design Project and Execution Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

He /She will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members and are able to execute and deliver projects in due time with high quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines and to deliver profitable results.

  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative solutions for interior fit-outs, with knowledge of sustainability practices.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed procurement reports, tracking costs, savings, and vendor performance metrics for interior fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy in data.

  • Oversee the inspection of delivered materials and services to ensure they meet specified quality standards and design requirements for interior fit-out projects.

  • Lead a team of Site Professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, maintenance and procurement, to streamline operations and resolve conflicts.

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions, and enhance safety protocols.

  • Oversee the quality control processes, ensuring that all deliverables meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Facilitate technical meetings and discussions, translating complex engineering concepts into actionable tasks for team members.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and project teams, fostering positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and project success.

  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reports, to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 7-8 years of interior design related experience, 4 years in interior fitout.

  • Proven leadership and teamwork abilities, demonstrating a collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members in achieving project goals.

  • A technical adeptness in the interpretation and communication of project plans and drawings.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently, reflecting a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities without compromising quality.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project circumstances, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.

  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments.
