What will you do
As a Design Leader – Controls, you will lead and coach engineering teams within the Controls division, ensuring they deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet regional procedures, international standards, legal requirements, and customer expectations.
You will foster a collaborative and motivating work environment, manage resources effectively, and ensure the successful delivery of Post Sales Engineering outputs.
You will also be responsible for monitoring task execution, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining alignment with Johnson Controls’ engineering norms.
