Job Description
- Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN problems.
- Assist users with software applications, guiding them through troubleshooting steps and providing training as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar are highly valued.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a desktop support or IT support role in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience with Windows and macOS operating systems, including troubleshooting and installation.
