The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in Dynamics CRM and C#, coupled with excellent communication abilities to interact directly with end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for Dynamics CRM.
- Monitor and resolve tickets raised by users.
- Interact with users via calls and offer effective solutions.
- Debug plugins and console applications related to CRM.
- Maintain workflows, plugins, and support automation.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Dynamics CRM support and development.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM and C# programming.
- Hands-on experience with plugin debugging and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while handling user interactions.
