About the Role

We are seeking a
highly skilled Ecommerce Integration Specialist
with hands-on experience in
OTI platforms
and
system integrations
within the
Marketplace, Ecommerce, Hospitality, or Tourism
domains.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth backend coordination, successful integrations, and overall ecommerce operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage
    OTI platform operations
    for ecommerce and marketplace integrations.

  • Coordinate
    system integrations
    between internal and external platforms (POS, ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways, etc.).

  • Support API integration processes
    (no API development required) and collaborate with backend developers and vendors for smooth data flow.

  • Act as a
    Technical Project Coordinator
    , ensuring timely delivery of integration milestones and system updates.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — business, IT, and operations — to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

  • Maintain system documentation, integration flow diagrams, and user acceptance testing reports.

  • Support ongoing platform enhancements and coordinate between internal stakeholders and third-party providers.

  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, performance monitoring, and issue escalation procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in
    Ecommerce, Marketplace, Hospitality, or Tourism industries
    .

  • Proven experience with
    OTI Ecommerce platforms
    or similar systems.

  • Strong understanding of
    system integrations
    ,
    backend workflows
    , and
    API management/support
    .

  • Prior experience in
    technical project coordination or integration roles
    .

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot integration issues efficiently.

  • UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory).

  • Must be currently
    based in the UAE
    and available to join within a short notice period.
