Job Title: ELV Engineer 
Experience: 4–5 Years 
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in managing ELV systems and leading teams on-site.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with design, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems in commercial or industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities: 
- Lead and manage a team of ELV technicians and sub-engineers on-site.
 - Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems including: 
 - CCTV & Surveillance Systems 
 - Access Control Systems 
 - Public Address (PA) & Audio Systems 
 - Fire Alarm & Detection Systems 
 - Structured Cabling (Data & Voice Networks) 
 - Building Management Systems (BMS) interface (if applicable) 
 - Intercom & Communication Systems 
 - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors for project requirements and deliverables.
 - Review and approve ELV drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.
 - Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
 - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, progress, and compliance with specifications.
 - Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management on project status.
 - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site promptly.
 - Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to enhance team performance.
  
Required Skills & Qualifications: 
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
 - 4–5 years of experience in ELV systems, with hands-on site exposure.
 - Proven experience in managing a small to medium team.
 - Strong knowledge of ELV standards, codes, and best practices.
 - Familiarity with project documentation, drawings, and material specifications.
 - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  
Preferred Skills: 
- Experience with large-scale commercial, hospitality, or industrial projects.
 - Knowledge of integration with BMS or smart building systems.
 - Certification in ELV systems or relevant training programs.
