The ideal candidate will be responsible for the startup, operation, and troubleshooting of cooking machinery under controlled conditions.
This role ensures adherence to process, quality, and safety standards while maintaining a clean and efficient production environment.
Responsibilities: - Operate complex cooking equipment, including cookers and related machinery.
- Start machines and initiate the production process.
- Perform routine machine condition checks and execute preventive maintenance as per checklists.
- Prepare materials and assemble equipment before production starts.
- Monitor equipment performance and adjust parameters according to standard procedures.
- Detect and report equipment malfunctions or operational irregularities.
- Remove finished products and waste materials from machines.
- Escalate any safety, quality, or process issues to supervisors or maintenance teams.
- Support production supervisors in meeting scheduling and output targets.
- Complete and interpret control charts and productivity system forms.
- Order required materials and manage related inventories.
- Minimize production losses, scrap, and rework by following best practices.
Requirements - Minimum 5 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an Operator/Technician in a multinational company - Educational qualification: Diploma or High School Certificate.
