Job description

We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk Supervisor to lead front desk operations at a prestigious luxury hotel in Jumeirah, Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage a team and handle daily operational challenges smoothly

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support front desk staff to maintain high service standards
  • Manage guest/client check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk activities
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Train new front desk employees and conduct performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Supervisor
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency with front desk management software and MS Office
  • Professional appearance with a well-groomed and presentable look
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays


Salary and benefits:

Salary: AED2,500-2,700 plus service charge
