Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Golang.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and optimize APIs for seamless integration with front-end systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development practices.
- Document development processes, code changes, and application features.
- Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of applications.
Preferred Candidate
- Strong proficiency in Golang and experience with its frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud services and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with database management systems and SQL.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React or Angular is a plus.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Experience in developing microservices architecture.
Skills
- Proficient in Golang programming language.
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Strong English communication skills , both written and verbal.
Experience in blockchain / Web3 / decentralized apps is a must
- Minimum 1 year of Golang development experience with solid understanding of Go idioms and best practices.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture .
- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs , using gRPC , and deploying services via Docker and Kubernetes .
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), with a focus on automation and deployment best practices.
- Familiar with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases, including performance optimization.
- Strong coding standards, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
