We are looking for a dedicated Internal Control and Compliance Specialist to strengthen our internal control framework and drive continuous improvement across our processes.
Internal Control & Compliance Framework
Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure process integrity.
Conduct regular assessments and reviews of internal controls, reporting findings and action plans.
Work closely with business owners to remediate control deficiencies and strengthen compliance.
Lead the development and rollout of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Audit & Risk Management
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address audit findings.
Ensure prompt and effective implementation of corrective actions.
Training & Awareness
Conduct training sessions and prepare materials to build understanding of internal control practices across the business.
Promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
Support the implementation of HSE policies and actively promote a safe working environment.
Engage with employees, subcontractors, and visitors to raise safety awareness.
Legal and Ethical Compliance
Act as a role model for compliance with company regulations, including Code of Business Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Conflict of Interest policies, and more.
What Were Looking For:
️ 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a multinational environment
️ Professional certifications in internal audit, compliance, or risk management are an advantage
️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
️ Languages: English is required; Hindi and Arabic are a plus
️ Strong problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
️ Proficient in internal control best practices and risk-based thinking
