Job description:
- IT Services & Solutions Provider based in Salam Street, Abu Dhabi,
- Providing IT support services to our customers covering Abu Dhabi & Dubai.
- This is an outdoor job (providing IT technical support to customers by going to their locations).
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support to users.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting - Desktops, laptops, outlook, printers, routers, network functions.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting - Firewalls/Windows servers/CCTV/PABX/NAS.
- Cabling, cable tracing, patching, and crimping.
- Respond to clients' IT Support requests on time.
- Updating the helpdesk ticketing system on time with accurate and timely information.
- Coordinating with the remote support team to fix issues if required.
- Track and monitor ongoing jobs & support incidents.
- Preparing BOQ/SOW & reports after site visit as required.
- Maintaining good client relations & ensuring a high level of Client satisfaction.
- Increase Company reputation with quality on-time support & services.
- Timely Invoice to the clients in coordination with the sales & finance department.
Other Required Skills:
- Good written & oral command of the English Language is a must.
- Excellent phone & email communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.
- Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure.
- Can easily adapt to new environments.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in a similar position.
- Excellent professional image & should be presentable.
- Experience with ADHICS is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED6,500.00 per month
