Job Title: Java Expert
We seek skilled Java professionals to fill this technical role.
As a key member of our team, you will provide advanced support for complex Java-based applications, troubleshoot issues and work closely with development teams to maintain system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level technical support for Java-based enterprise systems.
- Investigate and resolve critical production issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to implement fixes and improvements.
- Monitor application performance and ensure high availability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, incident reports and support guidelines.
- Participate in release and deployment activities.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java application support.
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Framework and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with application servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic).
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Exposure to cloud platforms is beneficial.
