Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the architecture and implementation of a robust, scalable payment system.
- Solve challenges in high-concurrency, microservices-based environments with complex business logic.
- Participate in code reviews and help define and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot existing software systems to ensure performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of Java development experience in the internet industry.
- Prior experience in the financial industry, especially third-party payment systems, is a strong plus.
- Strong fundamentals in Java, multithreaded programming, JVM internals, and design patterns.
- Proficiency with open-source frameworks and tools including SpringMVC, MyBatis, Dubbo, Redis, RabbitMQ, Maven, GitLab, etc.
- Hands-on experience with application servers (Tomcat, Nginx) and strong skills in Linux command-line tools (shell, awk, sed, etc.).
- Solid understanding of relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
- Ability to independently complete complex system analysis and architecture design.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices and quality assurance methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Chinese language skills (reading and writing) for effective communication with cross-regional teams.
