**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Lead Project Controls Engineer** to join our team!
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Establish and maintain project control systems, covering cost, schedule, and scope management.
+ Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) and ensure accurate project tracking across all lots.
+ Review DELIVERY CONTRACTORS schedules, progress reports, and forecasts for alignment with program objectives.
+ Provide periodic progress and performance updates to the Program Director and stakeholders.
+ Lead change management processes, ensuring proper assessment of impact on time, cost, and resources.
+ Prepare and maintain project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
+ Monitor project expenditures and cost trends, identifying potential variances from the approved budget.
+ Collaborate with DELIVERY CONTRACTORS to review cost submissions, identify discrepancies, and propose corrections.
+ Conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analyses to optimize project resources.
+ Prepare detailed cost reports for stakeholders, including earned value analysis (EVA) and cost performance indicators (CPI).
+ Support change management processes, assessing the cost impact of scope changes and variations.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Civil, etc.)
+ 15+ years of experience in project controls for largescale construction / utilities projects, 5 years experience as Lead Engineer
+ 8+ years in cost engineering roles, preferably within largescale EPC Contractor projects
+ GCC experience
+ Analytical skills, communication, problem solving, and team leadership
+ Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Primavera Risk Analysis and cost control software.
