The main purpose of the job is to organiseand coordinate office operations and procedures in order to ensureorganisational effectiveness and efficiency. The person will beresponsible for providing office management services, financialbudget tracking services, production jobs, as well as generaladministrative support to all marketing team members and individualsupport to HOD KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Administration andOffice Management Update and maintain marketing calendar/libraryfor all projects and marketing activities. Maintainteam’s project tracker and follow up on action points anddeliverables Support the team in production and delivery ofcommunity notices, branding and signages. Conduct audit on variousmarketing assets, collaterals and signages; ensuring consistentvoice. Handle Department Head’s calendar, administrativesupport and travel requirements. Coordinate with marketingsuppliers/ external agencies for all works in progress(production, events and exhibition) Maintain files,agreements and reports Deliver adhoc reports and presentationsProcess marketing requests, LPOs and government Receive andvalidate invoices and submit to Finance department. Managerelationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality andtimely execution of marketing programs, and to ensurecompetitiveness. Office Efficiency Assist the Department Head inthe development and implementation of policies within the office.Assist the Department Head in the management of calendar and followup on all tasks, project queries and programs on time. Coordinateoffice activities and operation to make sure efficiency andcompliance to company policies.
