About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Project Architect to join our team.
As a key member of our architectural department, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality architectural services.
- To coordinate and oversee the development of project designs, specifications, and documentation.
- To work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that project objectives are met.
- To identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- To stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve project outcomes.
- To prepare and present project reports, updates, and other communication materials to clients and stakeholders.
- To perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent level qualification.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a senior architectural role, preferably with a background in project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, coordination, and control, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including project management tools and CAD systems.
