About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant
with a strong functional consulting foundation to join our dynamic team.
This role focuses on technical implementation, system architecture, and advanced configuration of our ERP systems for both real estate development and construction operations.
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in
Finance modules
with functional consulting experience to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions for complex construction projects, procurement processes, and contractor relationships.
We are expanding our D365 F&O implementation across multiple business entities with heavy focus on Projects module integration with Finance, complex construction project loads, multiple suppliers, contractors, and advanced procurement processes.
Key Technical Responsibilities
Technical Architecture & System Design
- Design and architect technical solutions for D365 F&O Projects module in construction environments
- Lead technical implementation of complex construction workflows and business processes
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior consultants
- Collaborate with management on technical strategy, system optimization, and solution architecture
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement performance optimization solutions
