About the Role

We're seeking a skilled
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
to bridge business needs with technical capabilities by designing and implementing CRM solutions that drive process efficiency and digital transformation.

This role involves working closely with business users and technical teams to deliver
end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
, documentation, and post-deployment support — ensuring alignment between business goals and system functionality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into
    functional specifications and solution design
    documents.

  • Prepare detailed documentation, including
    BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and workflows
    .

  • Map and align CRM capabilities with business processes; identify opportunities for
    automation and optimization
    .

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless translation of functional requirements into system customizations.

  • Conduct
    functional testing, user training
    , and assist in go-live preparation and post-implementation support.

  • Create comprehensive
    user guides, training materials, and process documentation
    .

  • Act as a
    trusted advisor
    , offering CRM best practices aligned with business objectives.

  • Participate in
    client demos, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
    to demonstrate Dynamics 365 capabilities.


Skills & Experience Required

  • 3–5 years of professional experience, including
    1–3 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
    in a functional or business analyst capacity.

  • Strong understanding of
    CRM modules
    , business process mapping, and solution configuration.

  • Proficiency in documenting and analyzing requirements and translating them into system functionality.

  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with
    Microsoft Power Platform
    (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) preferred.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a
    fast-paced, collaborative environment
    .
