Job Title: 
Technical Solutions Specialist  
The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Specialist  to join the team.
This role requires extensive hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules and the comprehensive Microsoft Power Platform.
- Technical Design & Development:  Lead the technical design and development of robust solutions across Dynamics 365 CE.
 
 
- Power Apps Development:  Build and customize both model-driven and canvas Power Apps.
 
 
- Power Pages Management:  Develop and manage Power Pages, ensuring secure and effective external interactions.
 
 
- Workflow Automation:  Design and implement efficient workflows using Power Automate.
 
 
- Power Platform Administration:  Manage environments, solutions, and security roles effectively via the Power Platform Admin Center.
 
 
Required Skills & Experience: 
- Minimum 7+ years of dedicated experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
 
 
- Strong Technical Expertise:  Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
 
 
- Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages Proficiency:  
- Experience Managing Environments:  Data Loss Prevention policies, permissions.
 
 
Proficiency in C# for plugin and custom workflow development, JavaScript for front-end customizations, and Dataverse schema and data modeling.
Integration & DevOps Knowledge:  Familiarity with Azure services, custom connectors, integration patterns.
Proven experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines and solution management using Azure DevOps.
