Overview  
 Job Title: Newgen BPM Developer  
 Job Type: Full-time, 6-month contract (extendable to long-term) 
 Location: On-site, Sharjah, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates  
 Responsibilities  
-  Design, develop, and implement robust solutions using Newgen BPM/LCAP, Java, and related technologies.
  -  Drive the end-to-end SDLC, including detailed design, coding, code walk-throughs, peer reviews, unit testing, SIT, UAT, and solution demos.
  -  Customize and enhance the Loan Origination System and deliver bespoke BPM solutions tailored to the banking sector.
  -  Prepare comprehensive project artefacts such as prototypes, system architecture, design documents, test plans, and deployment documentation.
  -  Troubleshoot and resolve issues using log analysis and database query optimization techniques.
  -  Conduct thorough system analysis to enhance operational efficiencies and adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
  -  Maintain up-to-date expertise with UAE ecosystem integrations, such as Emirates ID and UAEPass.
   
 Required Qualifications  
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a software development role with a strong development portfolio.
  -  Advanced proficiency in JAVA, J2EE (JSP, Servlets), and SQL/Oracle databases.
  -  Strong written communication skills, excelling in asynchronous documentation and collaboration.
  -  Solid understanding of OOP, multi-tier and component architecture, and modern system integration.
  -  Demonstrated ability to conduct system analysis and lead workflow-based development projects.
  -  Degree in Computer Science/IT (B.E./B.Tech., MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  -  Excellent problem-solving skills, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities within deadlines.
   
 Preferred Qualifications  
-  Hands-on experience with Newgen BPM or other Low-Code Application Platforms (LCAP).
  -  Background in banking or financial services environments and familiarity with relevant compliance requirements.
  -  Experience with web development technologies (JavaScript frameworks, .NET) and system integration best practices.
