Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Odoo Functional Consultant located on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves analyzing business requirements, implementing and customizing Odoo ERP systems, consulting with clients to align Odoo functionalities with business processes, providing training and support to users, and ensuring successful data migration and system integration.
The consultant will also collaborate with technical teams to address client-specific customization needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct business analysis sessions to understand client requirements and pain points
· Map client business processes to Odoo functionalities
· Design and propose functional solutions based on standard Odoo modules or customizations
· Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.) based on client requirements
· Prepare functional documentation (SOW, BRD, user manuals, training materials)
· Collaborate with technical teams to design and test custom features
· Collaborate with sales teams to prepare and demonstrate to clients
· Perform data migration, testing, and UAT with clients
· Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
· Manage implementation timelines and ensure successful go-live
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Odoo updates and new features
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
· years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Consultant
· Previous experience with Odoo implementations
· Fluency in both Arabic and English is a MUST
· Strong Analytical Skills and Business Process understanding
· Ability to document requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
· Excellent Communication and Consulting skills
· Knowledge of Finance and ERP systems
· Ability to work collaboratively and address client-specific requirements
