About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Odoo Implementor
with both
functional expertise and technical knowledge
to lead client-facing ERP implementations.
This role requires someone who can translate business needs into Odoo solutions, configure and customize modules, and guide clients throughout the ERP journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
end-to-end Odoo implementations
: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Configure Odoo modules (Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.) to meet client-specific needs.
- Develop and maintain
functional & technical documentation
.
- Collaborate with developers on
custom module development and integrations
.
- Provide
user training, workshops, and ongoing support
to ensure adoption.
- Act as the primary
functional consultant
in client meetings, understanding requirements, and proposing best-fit Odoo solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with Odoo releases and new features.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience
(Enterprise or Community editions).
- Strong understanding of
Odoo modules
and business workflows.
- Experience in
Python, PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb reports, and APIs
(preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to
analyze requirements and provide scalable solutions

- Project management or ERP implementation certification (must).

- Currently working as an
Odoo Functional Consultant

experience across multiple industries.
- Comfortable bridging the
functional–technical gap
, with ability to configure and suggest customizations.
- Passionate about
