Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Experienced Oracle ERP SCM QA Analyst to join our QA team with a specific focus on testing enhancements, customizations, and integrations in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, particularly Oracle Sourcing, Oracle iSupplier Portal, and other Procurement-related modules (e.g., Purchasing, iProcurement).
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle SCM processes and proven experience in validating complex functional and technical changes within the Oracle ERP ecosystem.
This role involves close collaboration with business analysts, ERP functional consultants, developers, and end-users to ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust Oracle SCM & Procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Strategy
- Analyze functional and technical specifications for customizations, enhancements, and integrations related to Oracle Sourcing, Oracle iSupplier, and Oracle Purchasing.
- Define and document detailed Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Scripts for various testing phases (Unit, System, Integration, Regression, and UAT).
- Testing Execution
- Perform end-to-end manual and regression testing of custom objects, workflow changes, reports, extensions, and interfaces.
- Validate functionality such as:
- Supplier registration and onboarding processes.
- RFQ creation, publishing, and supplier responses.
- Negotiation awards, approvals, and communication workflows.
- Supplier portal access, document sharing, and PO acknowledgements.
- Execute data validation tests using SQL queries across Oracle tables to verify business transactions and data integrity.
- Participate in functional testing of impacted upstream/downstream modules like PO, Oracle Sourcing, Oracle iSupplier.
- Defect Management
- Log, track, and manage defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to investigate, reproduce, and resolve issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and regression testing for defect fixes.
- Enhancement & Customization Validation
- Validate custom workflows, AOL (Application Object Library) objects, concurrent programs, and custom Oracle Forms/OAF pages.
- Review and test custom BI Publisher reports or Discoverer/OTBI reports.
- Release & Deployment Support
- Support cutover activities, perform pre- and post-deployment smoke testing, and ensure readiness of the application for production release.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and provide QA sign-off for production releases
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in QA/testing roles with a focus on Oracle EBS SCM modules.
- Strong functional understanding and testing experience in Oracle Procurement suite, Oracle Sourcing and Oracle iSupplier.
- Proven experience in validating:
- Customizations using Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF, and Workflows.
- Interfaces, APIs, and concurrent programs.
- Hands-on SQL skills for backend data validation and troubleshooting.
- Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation aligned with business and system requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Implementation methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Oracle R12.2.x environment (patching, online ADOP, etc.).
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Procurement modules is a plus.
- Knowledge of Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, OATS, or TestNG (nice to have).
- ISTQB or similar QA certification.
- Experience with SOA, REST APIs, and integration middleware testing.
