Job description

Job Title: Power BI Developer

Location: Dubai (On-Site)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years (Freshers Encouraged To Apply)

Key Responsibilities

  1. MIS Creation & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for regular business reviews.

  2. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to provide actionable insights and identify performance trends.

  3. Power BI Development: Build, customize, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business needs.

  4. Advanced Excel Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) to prepare detailed reports and automate recurring tasks.

  5. Employee Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records and performance tracking systems for every employee, ensuring up-to-date reporting for HR and management teams.

  6. Business Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate company KPIs, preparing detailed performance analysis reports for management.

  7. Data Accuracy & Integrity: Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of all reports and dashboards delivered.

  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Operations, and Management to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile


Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

  2. 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Power BI development, MIS reporting, and data analysis.

  3. Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, Charts).

  4. Proficiency in Power BI dashboards, DAX functions, data modeling, and visualization techniques.

  5. Experience in employee data tracking, attendance/performance reporting, and workforce analytics.

  6. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to management clearly and effectively.

  8. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple reporting tasks under deadlines.
