Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi Municipality, Abu Dhabi Island and Internal Islands City.
The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of experience and demonstrate strong capabilities in project management.
As a full-time role, this position will lead projects to successful completion, leveraging a comprehensive skill set in Agile methodologies, Scrum, stakeholder management, and more.

Qualifications and Skills
- A proven track record with a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the IT sector.
- Proficiency in project management, agile methodologies, and the Scrum framework is mandatory for effective project delivery (Mandatory skill).
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management to ensure clear communication and to fulfill stakeholder expectations efficiently.
- Experience with ITIL processes to manage IT services effectively aligns with project goals.
- Competent in using JIRA for tracking project tasks, managing backlog, and enhancing workflow visualization.
- Capability in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
- Proficient in business analysis to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Adaptability to dynamic project environments and the ability to guide teams through project challenges successfully.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to establish project schedule and ensure timely project delivery within scope.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure seamless project execution and completion.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and developments.
- Develop and track project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets, to measure progress.
- Apply Agile methodology to guide project teams, ensuring productive collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Identify project risks proactively and implement suitable strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
- Facilitate post-project reviews and ensure knowledge transfer to enhance future project execution strategies.
- Mentor junior project managers to promote skill development and strengthen the project management team.
