Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead initiatives related to our Cards (Prime) portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the banking or financial services domain, specifically in credit/debit/prepaid cards, and will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely execution of card-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of cards-related projects, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing, and go-live.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams—product, technology, operations, compliance, and vendors—to ensure alignment.
- Track project timelines, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Lead regular project reviews and status reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive enhancements and new features in the Cards (Prime) platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing card-based projects (credit, debit, prepaid, etc.).
- Strong understanding of card issuance, processing, settlement, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Prime or similar card management systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- PMP / Prince2 certification is a plus.
