We are seeking a
Project / Production Manager
with a solid background in production, fabrication, and on-site operations to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can oversee multiple projects, manage fabrication teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of production and fabrication for assigned projects.
· Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery.
· Supervise fabrication teams in the workshop, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
· Coordinate and lead on-site installations for events, exhibitions, and other build projects.
· Work closely with design, procurement, and operations teams to align production goals with client requirements.
· Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
· Identify and troubleshoot production issues, providing quick and effective solutions.
Requirements:
Salary Band: AED 8,000 -10,000
