We are seeking a Python Developer with strong AI and backend experience to join our core development team and help expand the Soika ecosystem.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend systems using Flask and FastAPI.
• Design and optimize RESTful APIs for AI model serving and agentic workflows.
• Integrate machine learning models into production environments with GPU-based inference.
• Implement and manage webhooks and tunneling services (e.g., ngrok, SSH tunnels) for system communication.
• Create and maintain cron jobs and scheduled automations for backend operations.
• Develop system scripts for Linux (bash), macOS (zsh/AppleScript), and Windows (batch/PowerShell).
• Collaborate with AI and DevOps teams to ensure scalable deployment and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot, document, and enhance backend architecture and automation pipelines.

Requirements
• Proficiency in Python (3.x) with solid experience in Flask and FastAPI.
• Good understanding of machine learning concepts, model inference, and data processing.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
• Strong skills in Linux/macOS/Windows scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with webhooks, tunneling, and cron job scheduling.
• Familiar with REST APIs, WebSockets, Docker, and Git.
• Strong debugging and system integration skills.
