Job description

We are seeking a Seller Support Executive to join our Key Account Management team.

The role involves managing multiple sellers, ensuring smooth onboarding, and coordinating closely with operations teams to align pickups, deliveries, and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the onboarding process of new sellers and ensure all requirements are met.

  • Manage relationships with assigned sellers and act as their main point of contact.

  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely pickups, smooth deliveries, and resolution of any issues.

  • Track, analyze, and report on seller performance metrics.

  • Provide support to sellers on queries, escalations, and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (client management, operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless seller experience.

  • Contribute to improving processes that enhance seller satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

  • Experience- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, customer service, account management, or related fields.

  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

  • Immediate Joiners are preferred.
