Job Title: Senior Android Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an amazing Senior Android Developer to join our growing team and help push our product to the next 100 million users.

Responsibilities:
• Improve internal technical practices and processes, including identifying relevant new technologies.
• Lead projects from conception to completion.
• Understand business objectives and fulfill them.
• Set an example for code quality in the company.
• Execute tasks proactively with no brief.
• Collaborate with other team leads for company-wide cohesion and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced developers.
• Liaise with project management colleagues when technical input is required.
• Learn and improve our DevOps processes and tools for rapid delivery.
• Eliminate technical debt and fix software defects while sharing learned lessons.
• Help define the technical architecture for products.
• Contribute to our SDK by producing reusable software.
• Eventually, take responsibility for the output of a development team, including quality through mentoring and recruiting.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.
• Experience with Dagger2 / DI frameworks, Compose, and XML Views.
• Familiarity with ViewModels, Coroutines, Flows, and modern Android architectures (MVVM, MVI).
• Experience with Git, Gradle, and Unit Testing frameworks.
• Good practical knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to have:
• Experience in iOS development and creating/maintaining SDKs.
• Self-published apps on Google Play and a University Degree in Computer Science (or related discipline).
• Experience with Continuous Integration / Deployment and Open-Source contributions.

Recruitment Process:
• 30-minute pre-interview via MS Teams discussing your experience and motivation.
• Technical interview lasting 60 minutes.
