Job Description
Fusion SaaS Cloud Architect is to lead Oracle Cloud Fusion SaaS for ERP, HCM and SCM.
The role will be working on the OCI sovereign cloud.
Drive growth and generate client demand for Injazat Oracle Cloud SaaS by shaping the Injazat Oracle Cloud (IOC) value proposition, developing offers, and generating deals with target clients based on the company portfolio; contributing building the IOC Center of Excellence.
The IOC is a UAE sovereign oracle cloud, built and operated by Injazat jointly with Oracle
Responsibilities
Lead the Injazat Oracle Cloud Fusion SaaS Offering a UAE sovereign oracle cloud, by growing and managing the CoE and related Client offerings.
Drive and proactively shape Injazat Oracle Cloud Fusion SaaS value proposition in the target market; .
Generate and manage a sales pipeline by qualifying leads and building relationships with clients and account teams, monitoring progress of deals, engaging with stakeholders, and closing deals by addressing concerns or objections.
Generate large deals with strategic clients, in cooperation with the Account Teams.
Interface with the other capabilities in the organization, including Technology and Delivery departments, to ensure the success of deals.
Contribute in building RFPs, demos, proposals and solution presentations for SaaS to the customers on IOC
Interact with different stakeholders including subject matter experts, consultants, and tech partners, to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
Interact with Oracle presales, sales and technical resources to ensure complete synchronization between the offerings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and act as a trusted advisor for their IOC journey.
Ensure that the delivery of IOC projects meets clients' business objectives, budget, and timeline.
Develop strong deal business cases, focused on client strategic priorities and KPIs, to drive fast decision and investment
Develop sales, marketing and technical content, including white papers, case studies, and presentations, to showcase IOC capabilities and insights.
Contribute to the development and implementation of Injazat's IOC strategy.
Qualifications
Graduated from top Engineering or Business universities and schools.
Deep Oracle Fusion enterprise architecture expertise; deep knowledge and direct experience in value engineering or pre-sales Oracle Fusion
At least 5 years of experience in similar position, in Digital Transformation or related scope, and particularly in GCC, UAE, and Abu Dhabi, driving pre sales or demand generation with key clients.
Proven experience in collaborating with different teams of professionals, including subject matter experts, consultants, and tech partners.
Demonstrated achievements as a pre sales for large clients, helping them with strategic transformations.
Strong skills in IT, Business Modelling, and familiarity with Cloud, Cyber, Application modernization, Data, IoT, and Digital Innovation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and engage with clients at all levels.
Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluent in English, with Arabic being a plus.
Based in the UAE, or willing to relocate to the UAE
