We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer whose ambitions match ours: to skyrocket technical skills to architect-level mastery.

Experience & Domain Knowledge:

1. Experience working in a product-led, fast-paced environment: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in a dynamic environment.
   
   
2. 3+ years of professional PHP development experience: Extensive experience with PHP, Laravel, and backend development technologies.
   
   
3. In-depth experience developing and maintaining scalable, secure backend applications: Proficient in creating APIs, handling authentication, managing database interactions, and integrating third-party services.
   
   
4. Ability to ensure clear documentation of created/modified functionality to enable team collaboration and knowledge transfer.
   
   

Technical skills:

1. Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel framework.
   
   
2. Experience with RESTful APIs and API integrations.
   
   
3. Proficiency in SQL, with a strong understanding of database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
4. Experience with CI/CD tools and testing frameworks to support an automated development lifecycle.
   
   
5. Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
   
   

Soft skills:

1. Communication: Effective communication skills, especially with teams responsible for security, operations, and product.
   
   
2. Analytical thinking: Ability to tackle and investigate complicated problems and convert them to the task.
   
   
3. Adaptability to Rapid Changes: Demonstrated capability to adjust to quick technological shifts and evolving business requirements.
   
   
4. Ownership and Accountability: Readiness to take ownership of tasks, and issues as well as demonstrate accountability for the results and outcome.
   
   

Nice to have:

1. Experience with Docker and containerization for development and deployment.
   
   
2. Familiarity with microservices architecture and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
   
   
3. Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
   
   
4. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying applications and services.
   
   
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
