Backend Software Engineering Leader  
Drive the design, development, and scalability of our blockchain and crypto-related backend systems as a senior software engineer with deep expertise in backend engineering and blockchain technologies.
- Lead and mentor backend engineers working on crypto and blockchain projects.
 
 
- Define coding standards, best practices, and ensure technical excellence across the team.
 
 
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend/mobile teams, and leadership to align backend systems with business needs.
 
 
- Design, build, and maintain APIs and microservices for crypto trading and settlement systems.
 
 
- Optimize SQL/NoSQL database structures for scalability, performance, and reliability.
 
 
- Implement robust authentication, authorization, and security practices across backend services.
 
 
- Ensure systems are fault-tolerant, efficient, and meet compliance requirements.
 
 
- Integrate with third-party services, crypto exchanges, blockchain networks, and internal APIs. 
Blockchain & Crypto Development  
- Lead the development, testing, and deployment of smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, Move, etc.).
 
 
- Work with EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain) and emerging ecosystems (Solana, Cosmos, Polkadot, Layer 2 solutions).
 
 
- Integrate backend systems with DeFi protocols, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and digital wallets.
 
 
- Ensure gas efficiency and high transaction throughput in blockchain interactions.
 
 
- Stay updated on protocol upgrades, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain security best practices.
 
 
Requirements  
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
 
 
- Proficiency in Python.
 
 Strong understanding of REST APIs and database systems.
 
 
- Hands-on experience with Flutter development.
 
 
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS).
 
 
- Strong Git workflow knowledge, agile methodology.
 
 
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
