Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective?

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).
During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.
We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

Job description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle solutions.
Depending on your expertise, you will work on either functional processes or technical solutions, helping clients achieve seamless business operations and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Oracle Consultant
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle system configurations.
Configure Oracle modules such as Financials (EBS/Cloud), HRMS, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Conduct workshops, UAT, and provide training and support to users.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify process improvements and recommend Oracle best practices.
Technical Oracle Consultant
Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, APEX, or Oracle Cloud tools.
10+ years of experience
Develop interfaces, integrations, and custom reports to meet business needs.
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support deployments.
Collaborate with functional consultants to implement end-to-end Oracle solutions.
Document technical designs, procedures, and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Oracle Consultant (technical or functional).
Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud, or other Oracle applications.
Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, and implementation (functional) or in development and integration (technical).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
You enjoy taking on challenges every day, and you are skilled at working independently and collaborating with your colleagues to bring added value to your projects.
