Lead QA Specialist in Banking Domain
We are seeking a seasoned Lead QA Specialist with 6–10 years of experience in the banking domain.
They will oversee and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring software quality and collaborating closely with development & business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field is required.
- A minimum of 6–10 years of QA/testing experience with mandatory banking domain expertise.
- Strong expertise in manual and automation testing methodologies is essential.
- Proficiency in writing and executing complex test cases and test scripts is vital.
- Experience with API testing tools e.g., Postman, SoapUI is desired.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC and defect management processes is crucial.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA is beneficial.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are expected.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams are required.
